In other words, who controls the propaganda pays it forward to the future generations because to pro•pagar literally means to “pay it forward” … the only people willing enough to do such a thing would have to be insane idealogues (one given to fanciful ideas or theories; a theorist; a spectator); religious zealots/soulless automatons/ unquestioning cult members/out of touch crackpots/cranks who are cookoo for cookoo puffs.
